*Regalia is only available for pickup on the above-mentioned dates. Please plan ahead as no other dates and/or times will be accommodated. Graduating students must pick up their own regalia.
Regalia Return (Cap, Gown, Hood):
All regalia must be returned to the Student Union in the same condition in which they were borrowed, on Tuesday, June 9 from 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. If gowns are not returned by this date, a charge will be placed on your student account (15,000 AMD for undergraduate students, and 25,000AMD for graduate students) . This fee must be paid before the Office of the Registrar releases your diploma.
