Graduating Students Arrival Information
Graduating students should arrive no later than 45-minutes before the start of the ceremony for robing and line-up. The ceremonies will begin promptly at the announced time. Each ceremony will last approximately 2 hours.
Graduating students will be informed on where to line up and the sequence of what they need to do during rehearsal.
Please note, it is advised to limit the amount of personal items that you take to the robing and line-up area. Only essential personal items can be carried with you during the ceremony. There will be many guests to the graduation ceremony, and security of personal items left behind cannot be guaranteed.
**Please make certain to bring your name card to the ceremony for the presentation of degrees.
Invitations
Invitations will be distributed at the time of regalia pick up. This will take place on
June 3, 2024, 11am -5pm – for undergraduate students,
June 4, 2024, 11am -5pm – for graduate and certificate students.
Diploma
Diplomas will not be distributed at commencement. Diplomas will be available for pick up at the Office of the Registrar at least six weeks after degrees are conferred on June 25, 2024. Graduates will be alerted that diplomas are ready.
