Guest Arrival & Seating Information
Doors are open for guests 45 minutes before the start of the ceremony. The ceremonies begins promptly at the announcement time.
Guests will be shown the way to the relevant floor of the AUA Large Auditorium. VIP guests will be escorted to the VIP section. Each guest is asked to bring the invitation ticket.
Children under the age of six are not permitted inside the graduation ceremony hall.
Since parking space is limited, we recommend using public transportation or a taxi.
Guests with Special Needs
Graduating students whose guests have special needs should contact AUA Graduation Committee [email protected] at least one week before the ceremonies.
Photos
To ensure everyone has high-quality photos of this special day, professional photographers will be capturing the ceremony. We kindly ask that guests remain in their seats and refrain from approaching the stage to keep the aisles clear for the graduates.
